Charges and Other info

Our delivery charges are based on distance and order value and we welcome enquiries for all places in the listed post codes. We would normally accept same day telephone orders up to 2PM, except where specific flower types and colours are required which may not be in stock.

Please note that most hospitals will not allow flowers on the wards, so please check whether this is the case before ordering. Perhaps we could deliver them to the recipients home address instead.

Should nobody be home at the address of the recipient of the flowers we would usually leave them with a neighbour and alert the recipient with a note through their letter box. In some circumstances however, we may leave them in a secure place or re-deliver them at a later time or return them to our premises and seek further instructions.
