Funeral Flowers

Funeral flowers

You can always be assured of the high quality of our funeral tributes because we understand that saying goodbye to a loved one is a personal and important undertaking. Whether it is a tribute to be delivered to the funeral director or to the house, we offer a caring service. If a certain flower or style is required we are happy to provide a personal, tailored tribute. We offer a free delivery service within the Bognor Regis area for sympathy bouquets and arrangements. The photos on this page and the "floral tributes" and "in sympathy" pages are but a few examples of Gills funeral work and for further information or to discuss a special requirement we encourage you to get in touch.

Floral Tributes

There are many floral tributes from which to choose – from a simple hand tied sheaf to more complex designs. You could send a posy, a single ended spray or a double ended spray. Other frequently asked for items are wreaths, crosses, hearts, pillows and cushions – all arranged on floral foam and these can be presented in contemporary or traditional styles. Examples of these are shown on our website.

You may also consider a personal tribute, ie. a football (in team colours), the person’s name in letters or a bespoke design of your choosing. We have much experience in designing a personal tribute, just for you. You may like a coffin top that can be placed to cover part of, most of or the whole of the coffin.

We are always sympathetic and understand completely that this can be a very difficult time and we are happy to discuss your requests either at our premises or at a local address of your choosing. Please feel free to browse at just a few examples of some of our designs on this page and in our gallery.

In Sympathy

Sending flowers at such a sad time is an excellent way to express your feelings and love, especially when you are unable to be there in person. It is a way to say that you are thinking of and care about the bereaved, as that message can be so hard to put into words.

Perhaps a hand tied bouquet of simple colours – ie. green and white or pale yellow and white, or a vase arrangement or a design in floral foam could be considered.
